Dragon10 Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 Finally decided on my first 2k AoS list and it's a mixed death list. 1 x Vampire lord on zombie dragon 5 x blood Knights 5 x blood Knights 1 x vampire lord on steed 5 x dire wolves 5 x dire wolves 5 x dire wolves 1 x corpse cart 3 x spirit hosts 3 x spirit hosts 1 x ghoul king 10 x ghouls 10 x ghouls 10 x ghouls thinking spirits might be one unit and make dogs big unit of 15 or 10 and 5 haven't decided. looking at msu with plenty of mobile units to group up on harder targets if needed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mmimzie Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 As msu 10 man units the ghouls would woork better as skeletons with sword or zombies that intend to merge. Mainly because there isn't much of a role for ghouls as a 10man unit, but 10 skeleton are a cheap and tough little unit. 3x10 zombies merging are a cheap decent punch threat, and if kept unnerged until you want them to do damage they can be tough to remove from the map. If your deploying the dogs there isnt much benefit for making them a bigger unit. The spirit host being a bigger unit is nice because the reroll to hit is very nice for them.
