hobgoblinclub
This was a while ago but well worth a look. It was a battleplan written by a friend, @PaintedByG on Twitter. The duardin force had to protect the ruined walls of the town they'd set up camp in from a combined Death and Chaos force. The aim of the attackers was to reach the objective (a well I think) by the end of turn five. It'll suffice to say the duardin gunline did its job, as always, and the defenders repelled the attack. Enjoy the photos.
Darsis
Fantastic scenery, it's after inspiring me to get working on my own. I love that spooky well!
hobgoblinclub
Thanks. I can't take the credit. Lots of it (including the well) was the work of @Painted by G.
Painted by G
Repelled indeed! Can't believe I wrote a scenario with two dwarf gunlines.. I must have been high on paint fumes! Got pretty close on the final turn though!
hobgoblinclub
I forgot how close this was! One of use should write a battle report of this at some point. It was pretty cinematic! I can't be bothered at the moment.
Shane
That well is excellent. Neat scenario twist on Breach the Walls. Might use this at our next gaming session. We've done quite a few multiplayer king of the hill capture the mystical site games that I should get round to writing up.
bottle
Wow, you can see the story unfold beautifully though the pictures. Looks like a whole host of nasties lay seige to that town and I imagine many a heroic death was earned to keep them at bay. Great stuff!
hobgoblinclub
Cheers. I would have written up the narrative of the battle but it was a few months ago and my time is precious. It was a great battle though, which went down the wire.
