Grot Boss on GCS rampaging destroyer

A Grot Warboss on Cave squig increase the movement of all moonclan units from your army by 1" in the movement phase. Would this also apply to the movement of their rampaging destroyer??

A while ago we had a question about units attacking in the hero phase 

If i go by the rulings discussed. Than i'd assume the answer to my question is a yes, but wanted a few more opinions on the matter.

I'd probably say it doesn't work because the timing of the test is so specific "at the start of the movement phase". It's not very important anyway - get Skarsnik.

I would say yes, because it states "move an extra 1" ", rather than "gains +1 to their movement" (as rampaging destroyer doesn't use M values).

Only sticking point you may encounter is the argument that the extra movement trigger is "units within 10" at the start of the movement phase", rather than just "units within 10" ", and it's not technically the movement phase.

@Nico @BaldoBeardo your right it says at the start of the phase. Fantastic thanks. So it wouldn't work.
