Lore of Tzeentch: number of Spells a Gaunt Summoner can take

Hey guys, my apologies if this topic is already answered, but is a Gaunt Summoner of Tzeentch able to choose a spell of both lores because he is daemon and mortal or can he take 2 spells one from the lore of change and from the lore of fate

In case of the Allegiance Spells he gets 1 additional spell but he can choose from which table he wants to get the spell.
