Provided its just like new then an exchange like for like at the same price point shouldn't be impossible. Without a proof of purchase you likely couldn't get a refund (it stops people buying cheaper at 3rd parties than refunding at a GW store and pocketing the difference); but an exchange would be like for like in profits so it wouldn't matter "as much" where you got it from.
