Storing and transporting figs : feldherr pluck foam ?

Hi everyone,

I just bought 2nd hand a rather complete collection and with that comes the question of storage and transport. For cards, I think I am all good. However, for minis, for now they are all in one of the Core box. This is fine for now, but at some point it will be too small and it is also too risky for transport.

So, I am envisioning a few solutions :

(ii) a more all-in-one solution, but I haven't found anything yet. I have seen that Feldherr has a KS for Shadespire warbands but I find it takes too much shelf space given that you need one box per warband (and my sheld space is limited).

So, has anyone tried those solutions ? Above all the foam stuff, I wonder if it would be sufficient to transport 3-4 warbands when I go to a store or a friend's house.

I'm usually transporting 1-2 warbands at a time. For that, the Feldherr warband foam is perfect. 2 magnetic boxes for transport, the rest of the foam in a storage box on the shelf

A word of advice: finding a good way of transporting minis is *crucial*, especially with GW's soft plastic minis. Seriously, take a peek at the Briar Queen - she's very fragile and needs to be transported carefully.

My advice? Glue neodym magnets under the bases and transport the minis in a metal tea box of appropriate size. If you end up having more minis and money, you can invest in A-Case, which is a cushioned travelling bag with metal shelves inside. I use one of this and they are amazing. You just need to glue the magnets appropriately, so the minis stick to the metal securely.
