Hello

Can I set up some units from battalion in reserve and some on the board as a single drop?

for instance: I have battalion with 4 units. 2 of them I want to set up normally and 2 in reserve using Scion of Storm at the same time (and I deployed earlier enough units on the board to do this).

Yes you can do this just recall that as you place them you have to maintain the rules for Scion of Storm and not have more in reserve than on the ground
