Seraphon Old Blood on Carno command ability

So there's no errata saying this can only be used once, but I'm not sure if it does anything.  If I activate it twice, and choose a hero to attack, can I pick a weapon to add 2 attacks to twice?  (4 extra attacks).   The seraphon battletome designer commentary confirms that the Scar Vet on Carno's ability works multiple times, and the language is very similar "whenever the event happens, do this"

 

What do you guys think?

Yes, this stacks and gives +2 attacks per use to whatever weapon you choose each time.
