OK in one of the previews it seemed to tie the items and spells from the Malign Sorcery book with the origin of your army but now I'm reading it it seems to be entirely determined by where your army is at the time, is this correct?
If so that's a hell of a lot less useful from a listbuilding point of view (was getting excited about the idea of finally having spells and artifacts as a mixed Order force (Aelves).
