Lazaris
Hi all, I recently bought a Sil-Air 15a compressor to start airbrushing. When setting it up, the manual says to remove the cap on the air intake and replace it with a filter, however the filter does not stay firmly in place. When I poke it, the filter wobbles, and it looks like its diameter is slightly too large for the intake. I don't see any seal either. Do you think that my compressor is faulty, or is it normal that the filter is not super tight? Here's a video to show how easily the filter can get removed. I really don't know if it's normal...https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/contents/view?contentsToken=1527799340900CO90V8t¤tIndex=1 Thanks! Kaleb Daark
they do that. I put a bit of masking tape on the breather tube on mine in order to get it to stay on a bit more firmly. There's no pressure as such so not really a big deal, but I know what you mean, its a bit unnerving at first.
