WatcherintheWater
If a unit is hit by the Earbuster and had models flee, do those models count when determining battleshock at the end of the turn? The wording seems like they would not, since they "flee" and are not "slain".

WatcherintheWater
The FAQ does have a section on the Earbuster, but it doesn't seem to answer that question (unless I'm reading it wrong) Page 101 – Aethermatic Weapons, Aethershock Earbuster Change the third sentence to: ‘If any models are slain with this weapon, their unit must take a battleshock test immediately after all of the bearer’s attacks in that phase have been completed. stato
The FAQ was to clarify that you finished rolling all the wounds and saves with the weapon before doing the battleshock, otherwise people would say you need to roll each wound and save 1 at a time (thus reducing the potential affect on the battleshock). Your question, do models that flee due to the earburster, count to further battle shock? No I dont believe so as they Flee not killed. I do think any killed, and counted for earburster battleshock, still count to any subsequent battleshock though. I guess some might think those models have already been counted once so dont count again.
