What do you think about this list?:
SYLVANskies
- Heartwood
Leaders
Warsong Revenant
- general
- Horn of the consort
- Spell: [lock in d), all of the above]
Branchwraith
- Spiritsong stave
- Spell: throne of vines
Spirit of Durthu
Battleline
5 x tree revenants
5 x tree revenants
5 x tree revenants
5 x tree revenants
Other units
3 x kurnoth hunters with bows
3 x kurnoth hunters with bows
6 x Kurnoth hunters with bows
Endless spells/Battalions
Spiteswarm Hive
Warlord battalion
1970 (New points… I think)
General idea:
Early game - shoot stuff and set up trees, spiteswarm and dryad machine.
Mid game - send Durthu in as a targeted recking ball / distraction piece, keep shooting stuff, push out dryads to objectives
Late game - tick of your objectives and strategies with flexi revenants, snipers and whatever is left, oh and keep shooting stuff.
Strengths (I think)
- Good flexibility
- Good sniping potential
- Looking decent for a triumph
- Plays in all phases (fun)
- Control play style (also fun)
Cautions
- Durthu isn’t loaded with ward and provides main combat power so time the launch.
- Want those dryads to slow pace of game so keep out of range of auto unbinds where possible.
- Strong Alpha strikes might mess you up bad so if versing, deploy max speed bumps (go revenants).
Any feedback/ideas appreciated.
ps: will there be an AOS 3 chat feed starting?

I know it’s not too original, but I love the glowy green of these hexwraith drapes from the tome. Unfortunately I’m a terrible painter and don’t know what I’m doing.
Anyone know what the paint guide would be to get that glowing green that’s on the hexwraith drapes (possibly the same as the harrow’s stead)?

I'm somewhat new to AOS and was thinking about starting Nighthaunt, Right now I'm Stormcast, how hard is it to play Nighthaunt for new players?
As @Thamalys has said, it requires a finesse play style to get wins against top tear lists, we fluctuate around a 46ish % win rate I think according to the honest wargammer, but in general I think the rules are actually really good for learning. Pretty straight forward and generally a little tougher than some armies with our ignore rend plus our 6up. I have lots of fun with the movement.
My main tip for any beginner would be to watch those wholly within buff distances especially around the pile in.- 1

Kinda in regards to the new battalions, can one unit belong to two battalions? Like can you have two units of hexwraiths, a dreadblade and a coach and get both the death riders and new battalion with just those 2 units of hex wraiths?

Does anyone ever choose the Soulreach Grasp on their Blackcoach. 1 attack is rough but it does bring a small something to the shooting phase, and range 3” in combat is something too.
Starting to write a lot of lists with coaches and I’m kinda keen on the soul reach idea.
Anyone run it?- 1

So how do we deal with Skaven now? Any tactics, trick tips etc?

Wow. That’s sad.
Thanks heaps Jervis. Your humility, care for people and dedication has resulted in a lot of joy and community building in such a positive way. You’ll probably never know the extent to that influence.
Appreciate you a heap.
Enjoy whatever is next.
ps. Time to find the Helanhammer interview for old times sake.
