I heard from two unrelated sources that seraphon will be getting an updated tome soon. Before anyone blasts me I refer back to a post i made about legions of nagash before that even was known by alot of people

seems abit silly to have a week gap in the releases.

No they havnt even shown up on gw New Zealand yet. Still showing todays releases as pre order which is weird as I always like to check the New Zealand store before bed on a Friday night

in the animated trailer people pointed out the flying stormcast monster. What about the nighthaunt one that flys face to face with it (or is that just the knoight of shrouds with a flying horse?)

Would be extremely annoying if BOK got another redo. What about the armies that haven't got a first book. Or my seraphon which looks like all the warscrolls are changing to the new summoning mechanic.

Morathi's plan 30 years ago... Morathi cackled over the lifeless body of Lynneta. The Slaughter queens still beating heart in her hand. Morathi tossed the heart into the cauldron behind her. How had Lynneta worked out that Khaine no longer existed? What made her think she could challenge the great Morathi? Morathi would never know the answers to those questions but she must be prepared for when other members of her faction find out the truth. Her Melusai and Khinerai would remain loyal to her but would they be enough if the rest of the Daughters turned on her. Morathi thought not and thus a plan formed in her mind. She would demand the first born daughters and sons of her people be brought the temple beneath Hagg Nar for sacrifice to Khaine (atleast thats what she told her people) .Morathi would take these baby's and using her own blood and shadow magic corrupt them into loyal followers . These would remain hidden until the time was right. She would train them in the art of combat herself. The process was not without problems , some became hideously deformed and un usable. Others went completely mad and killed themselves. All had the purple pinkish colouring of slaanesh, a by product of Morathai's tainted blood.... to be continued......

Guys I need some help with something. I am just putting together abit of a story for my army and Ive hit a stumbling block due to a lack of detail and peoples opinions. Having looked through the DOK book it appears that all the aelves in morathi's faction come from souls that were devoured by slaanesh. Now someone else mentioned that it was only the first witchelves to come from these souls and the rest our born naturally. Anyone know the right answer so I can weave it into my story without the lore being wrong.

If only GW saw sense and did the new starter set idoneth vs the new death army.They would make an absolute killing. Too bad its gonna be stormcast.

So got a test sister of blood done the other 4 should be done over the next few days. Learnt a hard lesson with these models. Next box of these I get i will be leaving them off the bases to paint and keeping the hair separate.

Still a few bits to do but heres my first unit. Story to follow on why they are purple

Hi, I'm Padds ! I have been in this hobby for nearly 8 years starting right at the star of WFB 8th edition. Seraphon (lizardmen as they were back then) were my first army. I have collected many more since including Empire. I took to AOS right away and started an Ogor army which I painted as big Orruks (even giving them Orruk heads). I have started a few armies but never got round to finishing them. That is what I'm using "Tale of..." for , Its going to motivate me to get an army finished. So with that said I guess it is time to reveal what army I will choose . Daughters of Khaine I choose you!!!! As there is no true start collecting for daughters I will be trying my hardest to get my hands on a blood coven box to add a unit or so to. Not thought much about a theme for the army yet. All I can say is the flesh will not be in the traditional colours. Pics to follow soon

Was just in the azyr app making a chaos list. When I went to select allegiance dark elves were in the list. I guess just a glitch

Don't feel bad at all. I come to this thread for rumours not a discussion about fluff (which does not excite me as much as rumours about new things).
