With AoS I got absolutely no clue. I'm pretty sure that the armies that get heavily pushed by GW also - totally unexpectedly - sell well. So SC, S2D, LRL will likely be the bread winners currently. At the start I'm sure Khorne was selling well too, later on NH.

Im totally sure Fyreslayers are on that best sellers list right?......right?

New Shootz and Stabbaz would be cool!! I hope its Spiderfang getting updated.

New Spider Riders and a Scuttleboss would go a long way. Add in some new Spider unit like an inbetween Spider Rider and Arachnarok sized spider in groups of three and theyre set.

Maybe even a new Troggoth such as a Forest Troggoth or Web Weaver Troggoth.

Exactly this. Maybe...juuuuust maybe they are deep in a redesign cycle for the last of the older stuff. New models are nice and all but id rather them finish purging the old stuff first

Yeah. I do not think we get new mortal models. If anything they would've been previewed today. Sadness. Maybe we will see coalition rules be playable again one day but I fear not.

Ive been playing a lot of TW3 lately and it makes me said AoS doesnt do the same things for coalition style rules. Mark of Tzeentch those new Chosen and bring them in

Hi GW, heard about these Gitz? They didn't get a 3.0 tome celestial, been stuck in the bottom of the meta since their last battletome and your little fixes in the last GHB didn't really help much. Perhaps you should do something about that?

On the other side I will not need to spend any money on AOS until later next year with these releases.

    I feel that

School started here for the kids, so yeah. I guess technically summer extends to the solstice later this month, so perhaps they're going to squeeze in both tomes on Sunday?

Yeah school starts next week here which is the usual call that summer is done

I hope Warcry does well but it wouldn’t surprise me if not.

I think a lot of people, myself included, are reluctant to buy into new GW games that aren't "Warhammer". Not just because opponents are harder to come by, but also because there's a much higher risk that the game is cancelled unceremoniously. For example, if anyone bought onto Silver Tower, you may have felt dissapointed that it was only supported up to its second box set and now may be around gathering dust (it even used to have an app that disappeared, if I remember correctly).

Unfortunately this mindset is self perpetuating and I can only hope that it picks up traction so people are keen to buy in.

This is me. I dont care for or like all the small side games. I just cant get into them no matter what they are and there is always that fear that they just disappear so I wont invest my time or money into them

Nurgle and Seraphon are two armes that was deemed unplayable and ruind befor aliance abiletys and synergis was revealed so i don't worry too much

Regardless of abilities no one is going to take 200+ point Tzaangors for any reason. Why do that when Pinks are way superior?

You can always go 50/50 and run 500-1000 points of Ogroids for smaller games and then a larger more diverse force for larger games? Best of both worlds essentially... 😈

Oh yeah for 2k points there will def be a new Daemon Prince in there. And those new Legionaries might be good for chaff/battleline

  9. Its looking more and more like I want a full Ogroid army. But then again all the new StD rumors/leaks are looking good.

Im sure there will be more Skaven reveals/leaks in the coming months. Theres no way they randomly picked one model out of all the outdated metal/resin stuff and stopped there....right?

And im glad they are finally ripping the band-aid off and updating Cities into Dawnbringers. I feel AoS up to this point has just been a transition period between the leftovers of Old World stuff and new fantasy++ style. They need to make new stuff in order to discontinue Old World models. Only then will AoS have its own identity.
