The grace guard are really really good. I’m pretty meh on the Darkoath, but the spear one is pretty cool.

The CoS weapons are very cool. I do find it a bit funny how in their stream when they first mentioned them that they would be ‘very different to the Empire’ and everything we’ve seen so far would fit into the Empire range with no issues at all.

Such backward logic. I’ve held off on whole armies because of a few kits being old and not up to the modern standard.

The box with the book is out before Christmas so I doubt StD were going to be the Xmas reveal.

I think I might pick up the new Khorne underworlds team. It’d be my first underworlds warband in a while, actually my first miniature purchase for a while, but I really like the models.

Yeah, it’s additional parts for the current kit. It won’t be sold as an upgrade sprue, it’ll be a full kit, but that’s essentially what it is.

Pretty happy with this preview. In terms of AoS stuff, the Khorne Warband is super cool (Gorehulk?!) and I never had that headdress rumour engine down as something for Khorne. The new Chosen are phenomenal, really excellent sculpts. Unfortunately the Ogroid things put me off the box, they have not grown on me in the slightest. I actually really like the Ogor, even the head. It looks a bit goofy but in a creepy way. Reminds me of some ‘hillbilly’ slasher films like Wrong Turn or something. The drake head quiver is awesome, hope that turns out to be a new Seraphon model or something. Brodd is pretty good. The new details are great, I’m just not a huge fan personally of the underlying model and it’s a bit of a shame people who have multiples will have the same pose repeated, although the specific bits do change the silhouettes a fair bit.

The lower legs/ankles feel a little skinny compared to the rest of the model, but he’s pretty cool.

The kroot are just incredible. Love them. I’ll probably wait for the stand-alone box though, the breachers are pretty cool but not a must have.

Lol. Rowling deserves it. She recently sided with a literal self described fascist, I dunno what more it’ll take for some people to get that she’s a bad egg. Edit: seeing as others have edited their posts after the mod warning: I don’t think she deserves death threats, obviously. She does deserve the backlash she’s getting though, and considering she’s a millionaire bigot with a huge platform directing hate at an already marginalised group who face a high level of actual violence, I don’t have too much sympathy for her here.

They’re weird. I like almost everything about them if I just focus on individual parts but for some reason they aren’t working as whole models for me.

The Hounds of Morkai are just the reiver kit, with a space wolf upgrade sprue. Eventually the Wolves and Angels of each type are no doubt going to get releases like the recent Black Templar one, proper chapter specific Primaris kits.

They obviously have, they aren’t going to do the whole process of writing, editing and printing books in a handful of months.

Do you mean fully update the kit like the Fire Warriors, or just an upgrade sprue like the Cadians? Because I’m much more on board with the former.
