  1. You have all made some great points about this and we have been discussing it today as well. We have decided NOT to use the playtest points. Whilst we are sure that Games Workshop has done testing on these new points costs before releasing them, we have not been able to test how balanced the new points costs are. Also whilst I feel for the stumpies, we were also worried about people not seeing or checking an updated rules pack (even if sent to those who have tickets directly) and didn't want someone having a bad experience on the day because their army wasn't playable or if their army could have been better. Sorry if this disappoints anyone hoping to bring the Fyreslayers.
  2. That is a good question! I can see the huge difference it makes to Fyreslayers and I did always feel they were overcosted, however we hadn't actually considered using them for our tournament. I will come back to you tomorrow about that as I want to discuss it with event staff before making a ruling. What do you all think of those point changes anyhow?
  3. True not your classic match up but should still be a good one to watch! There is another guy who should be coming that will be playing Sylvaneth, I keep threatening to paint my Ironjawz up as lumberjacks lol. Tell me about it! Whilst I will probably be TO instead of playing, I had still set the goal of having my Ironjawz finished in time but not looking likely unless I start putting the work in!
  4. Lol, sounds like you two have a bit of history! Are either of you playing Dwarfs/Fyreslayers? Just for the thematic bit to the grudge!
  5. Sure, I can keep a ticket on hold for you. Not a problem. Hoping to get a nice turnout for this event
  6. Been working on the participation prizes for this event... Going to have some acrylic rangefinders and some custom Athena dice for people attending the Titans tournament. I will post pictures up when they arrive!
  7. St Andrews Car Park would be the best place. We are actually not that far from where the old GW store used to be in Norwich. I love Star Wars Destiny as well, I have a couple of teams built for that. Han and Leia and Vader and a couple of Troopers.
  8. @Mohojoe yeah should have some Ogres in. We do lots of streaming X-wing atm. Will have to work on the wargames side.
  9. Sorry guys, was off for a couple of weeks and didn't get a chance to check this. I will add the link to tickets to the top post. Thanks @Mohojoe Looking forward to seeing you all there :). Depending on number of players, I will either be their with my Ironjawz or will be judging/commentating. Will be our first event streaming games on 6x4 boards but we love a challenge. Out of curiosity, if you were watching a game of Age of Sigmar, what information would you like to be able to see on the stream?
