  1. According to 40k youtuber Valrak, it will be Stormcast, Skavens, Sylvaneth and Nighthaunt.
  2. About the new Chaos Warriors, is it me or the new helmets don't have visible eyes like the original kit ? It's a small detail but I thought it added a lot of personality to these little fellas (even if it must be painful to paint all those extra eyes ^^).
  3. Ork wave came out a little after the first year of 40k 9th edition (september 2021) but yeah I get it. Hopefully next year we can compare the evolution of AoS range. And maybe FEC if i correctly interpret the recent Whitefang's omens. Otherwise I'm bouncing on next month's free vanari auralan sentinel. If I remember correctly they said about two months ago that the free mini of the month would now be a new one and no longer an existing kit... So, they are already going back on their word??
  4. I think the problem is more with the number of new miniatures than with all the paper publications. Since January 2022, AoS has only received 14 new kits (I'm not counting Warcry/Underworlds releases). 14. It is extremely little in my opinion. Each of the 10 battletomes released this year only had one character mini, except Sylvaneth/Nighthaunts with 3 kits each other (an avalanche of news, isn't it ?) At the same time 40k received 32 kits (without Kill Team boxes) with three major updates (Aeldari, Chaos Marines and Votann). Finally, I'm also not including Slaves to Darkness and Astra Militarum in my count because their official release, excluding army set, will technically take place in 2023. And I could have pushed further for AoS because since the launch of 3rd edition with Stormcast / Krulboyz, there has only been the Maggotkin battletome at the end of 2021 with a single mini there again. I really hope that there are going to be new minis in significant numbers in 2023, despite 40k 10th edition. AoS rules may be accessible and armies balanced between them, but the game mainly needs miniatures to generate enthusiasm (Cities of Sigmar, do you hear me?).
  5. I really thought this time it was the TGA end... Glad it's back, hoping it's for a long time. Let the rumours now !
  6. I'm aware that the delayed release of the Ogors Mawtribes can be annoying, but I'm willing to bet my shirt that their BT will be announced next Sunday. Honestly aside from them, there's nothing else in the GW schedule that's due out before (Astra Militarum army set is scheduled for November and the rest are minor releases for Necro, HH, etc). There is "only" a short week left to wait. At this point, it's not much more to bear!
  7. No hints about an hypothetic Warcry reveal for tomorrow. Hope is still there but thin...
  8. It's good to avoid disappointment but I blame myself to reduce your legendary optimism ^^. To answer you, I would say that if they don't show anything tomorrow, it should happen the following week. Or I don't understand how GW works anymore...
  9. They said last Monday that there will be a "big one" reveal for Astra Militarum tomorrow. I think it will be the Rogal Dorn tank. Hopefully we'll have a bone to chew on for Warcry but I'm afraid they want to shine the light on this new big 40k kit. Fingers crossed...
  10. Something tells me we're going to have a rumor engines resolution in not too long... And maybe that too (with this intriguing spiked-skull) :
  11. He was a Reddit poster who gave 100% correct info for about a year on 40k and then suddenly deleted his account a few weeks ago (despite posting info an hour or two before) . I can't find the exact message (Reddit is pretty complicated to use in my opinion) but it must still be in the WE rumors thread. He had also said that we should expect a release like Thousand Sons and not Death Guard (among other things).
  12. According to a very reliable source on Reddit, there will be no terminators specific kit for WE (or fast attack choice by the way).
  13. For me, LVO will focus on WE. I think their codex will come out around February/March. So right on time for a full reveal at the end of January (plus the 3rd Kill Team box which will probably see a Khorne's KT). I always take my example of Battle Sisters but there had been 22 months between their announcement (March 2018) and the release of the army (January 2020, regardless of the army set). If COS take so long to come out, that would mean a release around March 2024. It may stick, but it would be close to a 4th edition of AoS in July... Predicting the future is a very difficult task 🤪 If the pattern is the same as the 7th and 8th 40k, it will lead right up to next summer and the release of the 10th. I would say 4 or 5 books with each time a HQ mini (primarized Azraël is heavily implied for example). But not beyond May or June at max.
  14. Given the importance of the event, I would have seen an announcement with great fanfare for COS but with the proximity of 40k 10th edition, I fear that the latter will take all the light during this War Fest. We'll see...
  15. In comments of his video he replied to people asking infos for AoS boxes (he "forgot" to mention it... what a surprise) : Stormcast, Skavens, Sylvaneth and Nighthaunt.
  16. Ogor tidbits : https://www.warhammer-community.com/2022/10/19/battletome-ogor-mawtribes-is-here-to-bring-freezing-winds-and-brutal-buffets-to-your-battles/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=warhammer-underworlds&utm_content=ogor-mawtribes-rules The wait is soon coming to an end lovers of good meat and fights
  17. New STD novel on the way : <> edit : Beautifully grilled 😛
  18. Very good catch ! If it's not a Cursed City expansion, wouldn't it just be a new hero for the next FEC battletome ?
  19. I'm afraid we should look to Tzeentch instead. But I'd be glad to be wrong for Ogors players.
  20. Skinks confirmation : https://www.warhammer-community.com/2022/10/10/pull-back-the-vines-and-catch-a-glimpse-of-the-gnarlwoods-illusive-chameleon-skinks/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=warhammer-underworlds&utm_content=chameleon101022&fbclid=IwAR1Zdi8w2VZfRtO6bN90_dR4Fvv6-K5kBS6KgvQB00UPmBBZAP2vVrQiPoY Unfortunately, we will still have to wait for more "real" news.
  21. If the roadmap they're talking about is for this summer/fall, that would be really low-level marketing BS. I'm naive enough to believe that it rather refers to what comes after ^^. I really believe the drip information about Cities of Sigmar is because it's going to be a big release. Sort of like Battle Sisters for 40k. AoS is going to play big with this army. And when you see the finesse of the new 40k Cadians sculpture, I have even more expectations for CoS after this afternoon !
  22. *cough, cough - Cities of Sigmar - cough, cough* Here is what GW wrote in its July 2022 financial report about AoS : We can only cross our fingers for bigger releases in 2023 and beyond... May Sigmar May Sigmar come to our aid with his brave human soldiers !
  23. If you refer to the rumor coming from Reddit, it was denied by its author himself (the goal was to show how people easily believe fabricated rumors). So there is no info yet on this winter's battleforces.
  24. For StD it remains to see officially the chaos warriors kit and Chaos lords on foot and mounted. Unless the leaks kept us one last surprise... I hope that the monday reveal will switch to Warcry in one to two weeks ! If Necromunda is willing to give us space (I feel like there's an endless ocean of minis for Necro ^^)
  25. It's curious though that the next Kill Team box potentially comes out before Warcry's. Heart of Ghur was released in early August and Into the Dark in early September. If Shadowvault comes out in November, or even in October (but I don't believe it) what place does that leave for Sundered Fate ?
