Btw I did a post on reddit recounting everything that needs to go off. Gonna link it cos I'm too lazy to copypaste it: Thing is, the countdown ended with 10 metal miniatures, 4 resins, and 3 plastic kits that have gotten old (not counting from the Seb Perbet era because some gw designers make turn crazy if not) IF they revamp skavens, (and it's a very big if) they'll just probably sent to hfil all the resin and metal stuff, they'll still have the problem of a very big release. If all the old units got updated, even having modular kits into acount, that would leave us with 11-12 new plastic kits. Which is already an insane number for a gw release. Just the bare minimum revamp would have to take into account releasing 3 new Skyrre/Pestilens/Moulder heroes and 4 new units (one for each clan too). Plus at least 1 more new stuff, as GW loves to create new units for revamps. My theory tho is that gw will try to spread all the new things. There's window for 3 events: -Dawnbringer, best scenario for releasing a new generic hero -Warcry warband. For GW the safest thing would be to make a Moulder team with rat ogres, rat giants, and a named lord, and then erasing those things from the battletome. -Starter box. Another good ocassion to make an Island of Blood, this time separating the sprues. But in any case, just "the bare minimum" means a release big af

So, Underworlds warbands are finally available at the webstore. Just ordered my Skittershank warband (FINALLY) I hope this time doesnt take them too long, last I bought directly from GW my order didn't arrive until one month and a half later...

Well, i supose it will be 5 since there are still like 8-9 months left of Age of Sigmar and almost everyone got a battletome at this point I mean, I can see there being only 4, but GW loves plot twists with publishing and marketing

Um, then, I won't say "I wish Beastmen and skaven are one of those 7-6 factions left" because you can only cope so hard (don't play beastmen but their poor fanbase also deserves it) but I hope at least something for dwarfs as the entire race? I dunno, some funny mini for a long deserving faction

Read on reddit that Dawnbringers promosed to bring new minis to all factions. Is it true, or was another poor overhyped skaven player?

Nah, we were just teased with skavens that summer having a new armybook, and me and some copium sniffers thought that at least night runners were going to be renewed after Gallowdark came out. Sadly, it was just a mini on the whole release, and some people got pissed because they overhyped it (even coming to the point of insulting andy and the guy with the glasses during the stream) Since then I myself have become more cautious with specific skaven stuff.

Whitefang and valrak giving food-things is interesting as theyre the leakers I trust the most but tbh last year damaged me so hard that someone will hit me with a photo of the renewal, miniatures, and an interview with Jes Goodwin, and i'll still be like "until i don't have the minis myself i won't trust anything" But... I may start smiling again...

Btw going thru warbosskugan page, I realised we never got an actual mini with this sword. I totally thought it was part of the seraphon range refresh.

So, I'm returning back from the tomb because I was told Whitefang said skavens are coming for the starter box and a range refresh in 4th. Is this true? Can we dream again?

We just wanted to modernise the miniatures that were first made when half of the people here weren't even born

I would expect the battletomes for 25th of june, then the whole july for Chaos Space Marines + Horus Heresy Wave 2, and something Warcry related in August

Well, it seems that in June we'll have 30k, in july CSM, and for the last quatrimester, the Squats. Plus other three 40k codexes on the way (WE, DoC, AM) and at least two of them will come with lots of new kits according to the leaks so far. So, I would say the only big thing AoS is gonna receive on the next 12 months it's the StD release

So, just for release dates. Pure speculation here We'll see how it turns out, but it wouldn't be very weird to have the box released 1-2 months before the battletomes. Only problem is, CSM and HH seem to be slated for May-June too (given the hype GW is building for the HH, and that the Khorne rules will be out for the 17 of June) so, I think the box will come at May-June before one of this releases, and the battletomes and new units for july, after the hype cycle has relaxed a little And, of course, Warcry should be for july-august

Weird that the release dates haven't leaked yet. We still don't know when CSM or Warcry will fall

Maybe it's another box with just a new hero model Btw, there's already panic at the skavendom and some people rumouring that the runners are going to Legends

Well, Im no aos player veteran (just have 1 match) but honestly if I have to put on the field an Eshin unit/character I prefer the uw band. They are more expensive, but I see them more capable for doing the job (kill characters) than this deathmaster

For the bodyguard rule I think the best way to put it lorewise it's the skaven lord taking by surprise a fellow nearest stormvermin to loyally put him between himhonoredself and danger

I dont understand why are the stormvermin, an allways/almost useless unit since 2002, so expensive now. They better come with waaaaaay better rules at this cost Sigh. At least I'll have more money for the new and cool CSM units. THAT's an army that gets ****** done

If they were designing more miniatures, they would have been on the starterbox. And we know now that the centaur, the legionnaires and the horns of hashut are new warcry warbands to be released before winter, so, I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon

I'm sorry for bringing this on here because I've got very bad and sad news for everyone.
