    Lots of armies have shownames. My gaming group have been referring to my dwarfs as a creative mashup of several four letter words for decades.

    Thanks! Yeah, I actually quite like the old bodies a fair bit. Heads and weapons are fairly awful, but they work well, especially once they're all blocked up together.

    I'm stockpiling the oversized heads and weapons for my super secret future project

    I think the idea is that you use the differently coloured ones to represent tens and units, but I agree - D20s might have made more sense.

    The Allegiance pack for the Fyreslayers would be the best Christmas present, but I'm not hopeful.

    I wouldn't be shocked if we see allegiance packs for factions with pre GHB battletomes in the Black Library digital advent this year. They're a quick turnaround, people have been asking for them, and can be republished in future supplements. ;)

    I'd guess it heralded a Sacrosanct Chamber battletome in the same vein as the Extremis Chamber one sometime in the foreseeable future if anything. We should have a better idea on if he's gonna be immediately followed up by more Stormcast releases or not when we see the retailer order list at the start of next week.

    Yep, gonna have to buy the mini just to complete my gryph-hound collection. (holding out for a Sacrosanct book with a multi part gryph-hound box and gryph-hound battalion accompanying it. I can dream...)

    Instead of GW releasing the inevitable Chaos Stormcast, the renegade chambers should decamp to Death. Maybe lots of them are weakened by too many reforgings and can't last much longer. Nagash offers them eternity in exchange for their allegiance.

    I think I'd be tempted by that range! The Lord Relictor is a great mini. Make them like that but in jet black armour.
