After all the underworld warbands are released, I would love it if they release the dread pageant separate from the starter kit.

For a long time I thought I would dive all in when they finally did AoS high elves. Then it happened and I realized the Lumineth didn’t give me the same jou as classic high elves did. Don’t wait for something that might happen. It might not turn out to be what you hoped for.

Lovely model. I am, and always have been a sucker for floating poses. Funny that the spite is creeping out of some kind of a flower, whilst I thought it was an egg in the rumor engine.

I hope that keep kragnos until the book is actually released. Call me crazy, but I like to have something to look forward to.

Those new daemons are insane, the peacock thing and all those arms and the flying pose... just fantastic. And I really like that the slaanesh story continues in the BR books. The newborn was a massive thing, but the story hasn’t evolved beyond it’s appearance. While Slaanesh being trapped and getting free (partially) is a story that had been going on since the very beginning of AoS.

This new kroak is absolutely amazing. Another big and gorgeous model released with the broken realms. And for me it completely came out of nowhere. although I’m not a fan of the quick pace the BR books are getting released now, with just over a month between Teclis and be’lakor, I love what they are doing with new models. This way lots of armies get new stuff, be it a single model or an entire range. With so many armies I feel like this is the way to move forward. Instead of waiting many, many years for a new battletome like with warhammer fantasy. the only thing I would like is for a somewhat slower pace of releases and more attention for the stuff that is released. The hype for new things is great, but I would also love some continued attention when things are finally out.

In BR Morathi, she goes into the belly of slaanesh and there are still a lot of souls in there. She seems to only take interest in elf souls of Phoenix kings but there are more still in there. I’d imagine Tyrion and Teclis would want to keep extracting souls. Not only to make more Lumineth, but simply to save their kin from the horror of Slaanesh. In the malign portents story morathi and Malerion throw a soul back in when it hisses ‘Teclis’. I always wondered who that soul could be and if it was mad at Teclis or simply recognizes his name.

I’ve been waiting to get the AoS version of high elves since AoS hit, not a niche element of elves expanded on. The Lumineth hit and for a moment I thought that would be it. But when I painted the first Lumineth I realized they just don’t hit that same sweet spot the high elves did. I think most of the Lumineth are cool, but they are their own thing. I would love for all the dwarf players to get their classic dwarves reinvented. But chances are people will have similar feelings. I think the goblins and now the soulblight are examples of classic ideas brought up to level with current design levels. But that isn’t a guarantee any new dwarf army will be like that.

When I hear bretonnian stormcast I’d imagine it more like the grail relique and peasants fighting under the golden boys. A mix of the crazy devotion to sigmar and the devotion to grail knights. Having stormcasts as the elite knights, followed by a rabble of regular humans, praising them every step of the way.

This Kragnos thing is interesting. Nice to see a new name pop up. BUT the second book hasn’t even be released yet. Why tease the fourth book already... GW really likes to hype up things way in advance I guess.

I really love dragon princes. And I could see te top of the silhouette being some kind dragon styled helmet (vampires? Night lords?) But more Lumineth models would probably start a riot. Did we get any new silhouettes?

I really want to paint the cursed city models, maybe do some minor conversions. But I expect I won't be playing the game. Do you think there are enough people who want to buy the cursed city game with painted models? maybe I shouldn't do conversions if I'm planning on sell the set?

Complete creative freedom is nice, but you can’t eat creative freedom. I think it’s great for the animator he got a paid job out of his fantastic animation. If you want to make a living in te creative industry you know you often have to work with the demands of your employer.

Don’t forget the silver tower had only 4 or 5 different sculpts for kairic acolytes and they got a complete new kit with lots of options and poses. So although the ulfenkarn zombies could be an indication for what is to come, it doesn’t necessarily mean those four sculpts will be sold as a unit later.

is this guy also in the Ulfenkarn game or not? Really love this guy, the rat cloak and the tails coming out from under his robe are just bonkers!

I could do with a little less negativity towards elves. Just to keep this a positive forum. And although I’m called elfhead I’m actually way more excited about the recent Slaanesh release and the death themed Quest game.

I guess brexit isn’t helping with improving shipping either. nice to see a teaser for be’lakor, although it seems a bit early as BR teclis isn’t even out. I kinda hope the be’lakor book doesn’t drop to soon after Teclis. The Morathi book has had a couple of months to shine and it was fun discussing it all this time. I actually enjoy if releases have a bit of time to breath.

The points on the horseshoe are really similar to te plastic chaos knights. Although te knights horses have armor on the legs too. Multipart plastic knights or marauder level horsemen?

I would like something like that, I like be’lakor as a character that is plotting in the shadows. And chaos could use some more in-fighting.

Check war-of-sigmar. They have the leaked prices. They often post leaked stuff like this, although sometimes they are a bit late. I would be really disappointed if the new quest game will be significantly more pricier then the last editions. I’m hoping it will be something like €125...

Didn’t we already see this silhouette? In the middle of the three silhouettes we saw yesterday? They look pretty similar yes. The eyeless one also has a claw on it’s wing.

I'm not sure about them moving around, but I had a similar thought. In Silver tower you had those weird familiars (the walking fish was my favorite). so tiny creatures would be nice to see in the new quest. Also, I'm now 99% sure I'll be getting the new quest game. It just keeps getting better and better model-wise. Same for the undead warbands. Never been a 'death' guy, but these new models are just fantastic. Also, I caved and ordered Sigvald...
