Great stuff! I was also starting to play with these kind of ideas, but nothing as good as this!! Some things I was implementing; ramdom pools of loot drops from enemy units (going from nothing, to one use equipment as those following), Healing Potions with 1d3 or 1d6 healing power to use on a Hero Phase, +1 Venom to be applied to a weapon for a given combat to be decided at the start of such given combat. Will be using this for sure, to continue my narrative ongoing campaign play with my nephew, thanks a lot!
