SCE & Nurgle characters?

Stuff for narrative play.
I do love that Time of War, though it looks like they're still location specific.

I hope there will be a release of AOS miniatures in September since there is only 1 codex scheduled to be released. I also assume 28 August will be the release date of GHB 2017?
Death Guard is teased for September, so I doubt we will see many AoS minis in that release. (Unless we get some Nurgle crossover stuff)

There is one for Order already.
In that one it was mentioned they would do Freeguilds and Darklings seperate IIRC.

Do we know for sure that allied units can satisfy battleline requirements? Like, that would be cool, but I hadn't read that anywhere yet.
Well, I haven't seen anything that makes allied units lose the Battleline trait, so I assume they get to keep that even as allies. Then again, using allied battlelines means less ally points spend on cool stuff, of course. (especially if a lot of stuff becomes allegianceline)

Yes that's my current plan for my 1k spider army, but for 2k intend to do a grand alliance of moonies, spiders, trolls. Still no battle-line alternative for that other than 3 units of grots.
But good news for Moonclan getting new battle-line 'if's. Should make for some interesting new armies with tons of squig units, supported by single horde of grots rather than 3 shi77y units of 20.
Squigs are indeed likely canditates for allegianceline.

Sucks if you're like Spiderfang and only have one candidate for battle-line anyway, and no allegiance ability
Thats were cheap allied sacrifical grots come in.

Interesting bit to me was that chariots and cavalry seem to be getting battle line 'if' status. Assume this will be true for other factions too.
That and teleportation and big hordes is now a thing for everyone.
From the looks of it most things are going to be allegianceline.
-
I hope we get at least some generic Grand Alliance-based Lores. (Order, Chaos, Destruction, Death)

The rumour engine is out. It's a big mouth - perhaps a Nurgle mouth or Cthulhu Aelves.
How about linking the picture?
18 minutes ago, Sleboda said:Is that the first Rumor to not be a model?
No, there was also that KO mini-picture, very short near release. And a part of the cover for Index: Xenos was also shown.

New Black Library novel about Kharadron hitting in November with a metal name and rather swanky cover:
Overlords of the Iron Dragon
A Warhammer Age of Sigmar novel
Brokrin Ullissonn, a down on his luck duardin captain, has a change in fortunes when he finds an untapped source of aether-gold – but is the danger that awaits him and his crew worth the prize, or are they doomed to further failure?
READ IT BECAUSE
It's the Kharadron Overlords' first starring role in a Black Library novel, and it's as packed with high-skies action, excitement and danger as a sky-ship's hold is with aether-gold!THE STORY
Far above the highest mountain peaks, a new power has arisen. The duardin have developed new technology and weapons of war, and now they sail the skies in their amazing airships, seeking wealth and plunder. Brokrin Ullissonn, Captain of the Ang Drak, has a reputation for bad luck. Unless his fortune turns, and soon, he will lose his ship and his livelihood. When he and his crew discover the location of a source of aether-gold of unparalleled quality, the temptation is too strong to resist. No matter what dangers present themselves, the duardin desire wealth beyond all. But when Brokrinn realises what the true cost of the aether-gold will be, is it too late for him to save himself, his crew, and his ship?
Written by C L WernerI'm more hyped for a Khardron Overlords novel than the new GHB now.

I am concerned by this, considering my use of Legion of Azgorh, which will most certainly be overlooked for some time.
You'll need to spam FW for Legion of Azgorth updates.

That would be a very slim Great Unclean One. Did they go on a diet?

It reminds me of Flagellants for some reason. Could this mean new Devoted of Sigmar/Order of Azyr?

How about a sturdy dwarven chariot pulled by a (pair of?) mini-magmadroth or some other sort of volcanic-reptile? Heavy iron, lots of runes, flaming torches, not that fast but will wreck face when it hits. A driver and 1/2 fyreslayers hurling javelins like the runeson. Fits with the Hellenic/Wagnerian naked hero feel the fyreslayers have.
Only if we get a singing female dwarf on there.

wonder if Clans Pestilens will be folded into the greater Nurgle collection, or if they'll remain distinct though.
They have pretty clear differences fluff wise, so imo it wouldn't make sense if Pestilents would be folded in a Nurgle book.

I still keep a faint hope that once deathguard releases are done AOS Nurgle will get the treatment. As they did for Tzeentch back in january. It makes so much sense as some of the DG models might work for AOS too.
Hopefully it comes with updated Beasts of Nurgle and Great Unclean Ones. Add in poxwalkers and we'll have all we need for the combined battletome. (Though I would really want Pestigors)

Pretty much. I hope they won't look too good. I don't think I can stand collecting another army....

So I guess these rumour engines point to the slug mount.
