    Lessons learned - I can mix shyish purple with screamer pink and produce the same base color - it's actually easier to use in my experience over the army painter stuff I got. - got to be patient on the face - had an unfortunate mishap with the eyes and it went downhill lol, can only salvage what I had, but better than ruining it lol. -The canoptek alloy over runelord brass color is basically the same pale gold all the lumineth players hate creating with dryad bark and liberator gold on the trim. - corax white on a wet pallet is basing white in easy mode - Overall, a successful test - but there are some things I can definitely improve to make it look smoother.

    Not AoS, but wanted to share the Klaivex, who I've finished the base colors for the most part - and washes. Working on an experiment for the Lumineth .

    Namarti Thrall - lots of washes and a few highlights, still a little ways to go. Wanted to experiment and see if I could match one of my airbrushed eels by brush. Took more time and some advice, but I'm happy with the result.

    Glad to see so many returning to the Realm-Lords! I am also coming back once I finish my Idoneth... may sneak in some lumineth here and there lol :P.

    Finally had a late Christmas with the family :). W.I.P. Worked on my first test Namarti Reaver, still have some ways to go. Need to find another color for trousers. Also some airbrush work on some eels

    Allopex is about finished, just needs basing I feel.

    I'm not certain if that is the archer cavalry though, this model has at least two round shields on it, then the warden shield in his hand too.

    Well, I maybe crazy... but perhaps I jumped off the Lumineth wagon too soon 😁? I did make a resolution that if Tyrion comes out and his units were pretty cool, I'd be back for returning to the realm-lords. Plus, those models look amazing!

    Finally got back around to cleaning up the previous shark that I posted in the December / November thread. Working on some eels: Probably going to repaint this guy, he sticks out quite a bit.

    Went back and redid a lot of the Shroud Queen, and even based her. Much happier now 😁.

    Got some eels skin done. The idea is to have each individual squad have it's own sea creature mount scheme, while the armor and everything else stay the same to keep that cohesive element.

    😁, They are a really fun faction to paint and play on the tabletop Artobans. I think you'll have a lot of fun with them once you get around to collecting them 🙂.
