Quick Kharadron Question

If a Unit or Leader is embarked in a Skyvessel does it still count toward scenario elements?  Embarking Rules say you cannot measure to it, but if it is in a zone of control or the vessel is over an objective where you count batteline units or leaders do they count?

My guess is no because of the "cannot measure to or from an embarked unit" rule but wanted to be sure

Wouldn't it be nice to just park 3 Ironclad full of Heroes and Endrinriggers on the objectives in 3 Places of Power?

Unfortunately, you can't do this as you can't measure to any Heroes embarked upon a transport
