2 Skyborne Slayers Lists

Hi guys we are going to have a tourney that allows Skyborne Slayers and Warrior Brotherhood.
There will be a lot of BCR, DoT, Stormcasts and Sylvaneth.

I was thinking of the following 3 lists, which do you think is better;

Which list do you like the most in a competitive environment?
Open to any suggestions on both selecting and modifying the lists
One of the ideas is to remove the 5 Retributors and Vexillor in LIST 2 and add Celestant Prime.

Why the name of the topic as it is? 

 

Does the first list REALLY add up to 2K points? Or is it missing like.. 3 units of Judicators?

Ooppss you are right the fist list has 2 units of Judicators with skybolt bows.

Must be copy paste error.
