Does Tzaangor Skyfires' Arrow of Destiny stop the attack sequence for that one shot of all shots from that unit?

Question: does Tzaangor skyfires Arrow of Destiny stop the attack sequence for that one shot of all shots from that unit?
As people keep mentioning running them as a 6 man unit, which would seem odd if is a 1/6 ( more with boosts/champion) of All shots stopping and only turning  into a single 1D3 mortal wounds.

Just really badly worded. On a 6+ to hit, it does D3 mortal wounds instead of D3 wounds.
