Nihilakh oxide, hexwraith flame, or a combination of the two for painting Nighthaunt?

I prefer Nihilakh.  Hexwraith never really gave me results I like.  I generally go with:

  1. ulthuan grey base coat
  2. 1 part nihilakh, 1 part lahmian
  3. drybrush ulthuan grey
  4. 1 part biel tan, 2-3 parts nihilakh
  5. 1 part coelia, 2-3 parts nihilakh in some shadows and recesses
  6. ulthuan grey highlight

I'll sometimes thrown in a bit of yellow-green glaze, or a bit of super diluted blue-green wash here or there, or an extra final highlight of white, or limit the biel tan to some recesses instead of an all over wash.  Get a bit of variation in there.  I've looked for uses for hexwraith in that, and have never really found a good application.
