Guys I dont understant how this endless spell works. When I set up that it starts with 1 stacks. If I cast another spell he is up to 2? Or I have to cast a spell ( +1) and after spell resolve (+2) ? Thx for help!:)

its been explained more in the FAQ.

But in short:
The first user gets +1
If the spell is sucessfully cast and not unbound, the new value will be +2 for the next user
As long as you keep up a chain with successful casts that are not unbound, it will be a +2
However, whenever you fail or it is unbound, it reverts back down to +1 and you start over
