I have heard that metallics are hard to drybrush. Royemunson Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Metallics are no harder to drybrush than anything else, if anything they are more forgiving. I think a wash just around the edge of the turquoise would help, and you could do the wings white with a turquoise wash to blend it in with the rest of the model. Thesockra Posted August 25, 2016 Author Share Posted August 25, 2016 I am thinking about scrapping this color scene, I feel like it's a little messy. thinking about a simple silver, nuln oil wash, white cloth, and bright red pauldrons.
