Command abilities - use same multiple times on same unit?

Is there a rule of 1 here or can u spend multiple command points in a round. Specifically lord of gheists- with 3 command point could I use 3 times on same unit? Myramourn banshees was specific unit. 

If not can it be used multiple times on different units?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, command abilities may be used as many times as you wish targeting the same unit, or multiple unit. Keep in mind quite a few command abilities have been FAQd to include such limitations. Also worth noting, there is no longer a rule of one section of the rules in 2.0.
