It seems to me it should, as retreating is just using a move or run action while within 3” of enemy unit. So run to retreat then turn around and charge. Make sense to me. Am I wrong? The core retreat rules completely disallow you from charging in the subsequent charge phase regardless of running or not. And the run and charge does not override them. It is only during the retreat and charge turn of Idoneth that you can do exactly that. Because it is only now the core rule for retreating is overridden. You don’t get a free retreat from adding a run move to the movement because you still retreated and there is no rule that overrides the retreating core rules on the run and charge turn.
