Does this mean it HAS to be a Medusa or can it also be a Bloodwrack Shrine, since it has the Bloodwrack Medusa keyword? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That means the Medusa model itself or the Medusa atop a Shrine (it could even mean any future Bloodwrack medusa unit that has the same key word - eg a named hero).
