Command point and triumph

Hi

If i got list of 1900 pts so i got 2 command point fo reach 50 pts. Now my question is, is my list 1900 pts or 2000 pts for triumph?

"TRIUMPHS & COMMAND POINTS
Do not roll on the Triumph table in
the core rules if you won your last
battle. Instead, if one player has more
points lef over than their opponent
afer selecting their army, then they
can roll on the Triumph table afer
both armies have been set up.

In a Pitched Battle, an army receives
1 extra command point for every 50
points that were not spent on units." - GHB 2018

 

Points left are the unit of mesurement for both. The extra command points are still not spend.
