Dmuerto
If a wizard casts Fading Vigour (-1 to hit and roll only single die for charge) to a unit and then next turn Gordrakk casts Voice of Gork (+2 to attacks and 3 dice to charge) to a unit, which effect takes the stand? Both. The unit gain +2A and -1tH. With regard to charge distance, the effects are absolutes, not modifiers. So it's not "one less charge dice and one more charge dice", it's "roll not more than 1 but not less than 3". There's no precedence, no trump - you roll off to see which ability wins in the charge phase (unless you both agree to "2" - which is nicer but frankly a little wimpy and not very evocative)

Like "fading vigor activates and then Voice of gork, so they get 3 dice for the charge"?

Both have already been resolved and are in effect prior to the charge phase.
