Do you think they’ll ever make more Skirmish boxes again?

I find that dungeon crawl games like Warhammer Quest, Imperial Assault, Descent, etc can be an easy gateway game for people.  There is a nice coop element to them and some of them have nice pre-built campaigns that work well for regular game nights.  Some people are hesitant to jump into traditional types of miniature games - even the small ones.  For those people it is sometimes more compelling for them to play a cooperative or semi-cooperative game where they only control 1-2 characters and most people at the table are playing cooperatively rather than oppositional.

That sort of game can get people used to the idea of playing with figures on a board and after a while they might be interested in branching out to other types of miniature games.

I hope they make more soon but I am not going to hold my breath.
