I’m thinking of taking the top of the staff off and replacing it with neferatas weapon from the mortarch kit. I reckon the big hammer head needs to go and and stormcast logos shaved off. Maybe a shield / sword in the left hand? Apart from the above and (I think) a red/black/gold paint scheme, what else needs doing to create a convincing vampire? Swap the weapon, remove the crest, and remove the shoulder pads and swap for something a little less obviously Stormcast. Then get rid of the hammer on her belt, and file all of the Stormcast insignia off. Once you do that, you'll be able to add whatever Vampire-themed bits you like to the stripped-down model.
