You seemed so definite about the GHB2017 statement just looking for clarification of the correctness of your statement. the GHB2017 does not contain all the points costs for everything. Killax Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 GH2017 contains the points for matches you want to play with GH2017 content and newer. Forgeworld also provides a list found here: https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/resources/fw_site/fw_pdfs/aos_warscrolls/aos_matched_play_points.pdf In addition to that the newer books are used for Pitched Battle Profiles that can also be used now. These are considered an update for GH2017. The Goreblade Battalion has not recieved an update in GH2017, therefor only has a cost if locally is decided to use GH2016 matched points for that. Most playing scenes don't do that but it's up to the playing scene. You don't need to use points to begin with if your local meta doesn't do this either. Apps can contain costs, so can websites and forums. If you locally want to make up a cost for something that currently doesn't have one that's up to the player and meta aswell. Currently under most tournament rules updated PBP are used. This also means that some Battalions cannot b played with PBP costs under Matched play if the players decided to use GH2017 PBP.
