A Google search lists some phone game, i think a reddit mod for age of empires, and the top result is your post here in this forum. My guess is it's some rule book that's either old/converted or made up by some guy that gives custom rules/warscrolls to your army, in which case certainly not allowed, beyond a really, really flexible narrative/open play event TO who basically lets anyone do anything.
