Richelieu Posted December 29, 2017 Share Posted December 29, 2017 Hello everyone, I have been an avid lurker of this forum since I began playing AoS about six months ago and finally got around to making an account. Below is a brief history of my experience with war gaming. First played 40K around 1997 with Eldar then Dark Eldar. Lost interest after about a year because i was young and this junk is expensive. Briefly played a Dark Elf WHFB army when 8th edition launched. Played Malifaux for a good bit shortly after it launched. Google kept sending me articles about the impending release of 40k 8th edition and I broached the topic with my gaming group. I was quickly shot down in favor of AoS and have been steadily building my Stormcast Eternal force (~2,500 points currently) since then. In addition, I have at various times played way too much Magic: The Gathering, board games of all genres, and regularly play pen and paper RPGs from DnD, to Call of Cthulhu, to Lamentations of the Flame Princess and beyond.
