Nico Posted November 29, 2017 Share Posted November 29, 2017 If you're looking for Age of Fyreslayers Sigmar, Shadespire, Bloodbowl or other games in London, then head down to the South London Legion any Wednesday afternoon. AoS The Legion marched to #AngelCore and Honour & Glory over the weekend and brings back loot, trophies and tales of battle. Massive Congrats to @Marc Wilson on winning a doubles event, Ben Murphy for piloting his Vanguard Wing to second place at Angelcore and @Age of The Erstwood for painting prize and I believe second spot at Honour & Glory. For my part I picked up a first ever painting nomination for the Fyreslayers, a certificate for defeating Jack Armstrong and my first final game on the top table - I was a 9” charge away from taking out the event. A podium continues to elude me however as I ended up 5th. Attention now switches to the GT Heats - I’ll be trying out Archaon within the Fatesworn Warband today vs John’s Khorne. Craig makes a welcome return. A lot of us are going to the first two Heats. Bloodbowl The TTT take on Simon’s Dwarves. Rob is still the Rat to beat - Chainsaws will be flying his way no doubt. Matt’s Chaos Dwarves defeated the Dudz & Sudz last week. Shadespire Initial reports point to this being awesome. Ben and Leo had quite a few games at the club. Should be a perfect second game to fit around a main game in an evening. Or you can just play 4 games back to back . I’ve gone all in and bought all the warbands. .... As normal - there are a whole bunch of games taking place - plus quite a few people are exploring 40K 8th edition for those interested. A number of Simon’s blue shinies made their way up to Warhammer World for Heat One. @Thanatos Ares @Leonardas @Bowlzee @Marc Wilson There will be the usual mixture of 2,000 point games going on. If you have a smaller force, then someone should be happy to give you an introductory or demo game as well.
