Wrathmongers vs behemoths

When a behemoth or monster with a degenerating wound table kills a wrathmonger then it can be made to attack itself. 

For example a monster has suffered no wounds. When doing its attacks are all the attacks on itself are they simultaneous? I.e  are they done at the 0 wounds suffered or do they degenerate as you cycle through them? (Or stronger in the case of skarbrand)

All melee attacks are done simultaneously. So he hits himself with all he's got at his current wound level, and then takes stock of how that affects his strength.
