Is the godsworn warband or like the one you can do challenges in the hero phase, do you get to attack again in the combat phase and do they get to attack back too when you are attacking them in the hero phase thx

the important key line is:

"Allowing your unit to immediately pile in and then attack as if it were the combat phase."

this means that the UNIT gets to pile in and attack AS IF it were the combat phase. This does not mean it is the combat phase, nor does it mean that other units get to activate. Also, this still allows you to attack in the combat phase, as the combat phase has not happened yet.

Also, whenever you're attacking but it isn't the real combat phase, read your army rules and warscrolls carefully. Many stipulate the combat phase for things you might not think, like certain shields giving a bonus to save only during the combat phase for instance.
