Aebal
Heeeello! I want to paint an army of Nighthaunt with a dark color scheme, something like shades instead of greenish spirits. Someone there could help me? I tried a white base with a black ink and then trying to highlight with grey and I don't like what I see. Help please!!! TheOtherJosh
It's a reverse paint scheme. By reverse, I mean normally the hilights are the top bits of the model and the crevices of the model are in shadow. For those it is reversed. The brightest portions are the crevices, and the "highest spots" are the darkest. So take a white Prime and base it with ceramite white (thin coats) and work towards the darkest color which will be at the highest point. Gilby
Use whatever colour you want and transition towards black faster than Duncan does would be what I'd try.
