the scroll states "After a Skaven Warlord has attacked in the combat phase, he can attempt to scurry away from any retaliation" with means you can retreat as if it were the movement phase. it says "THE combat phase", and not "YOUR combat phase", does this mean i can attempt to scurry away after I've attacked in the combat phase even if its my opponents game turn? regardless if whatevers in combat with the warlord has already attacked him or not?
