Found an interesting leak in the depths of a Reddit comment section; again, nothing too groundbreaking, but it was a black and white picture of daemon Fulgrim fighting Logar/Pertubo (can't tell the difference). I'm hoping it's a sign of things to come in AoS, and I hope they keep the aesthetic they used for Fulgrim - he looks great.
(I would post the picture, but it's against site policy to share leaks)
****** stupid policy - post a link as a workaround - for all its worth, it might not even be a leak but an old artwork or a fan art - especially if he's fighting Logar/Perturabo, those should be during the Heresy shortly after his ascension to demon hood, making it an old hat release wise.
And btw most leaks are released by GW themselves as a way to hype things up - so nearly all images are official.- 1

It's either slaaneshi, both 40k or aos are possible, or yennari for 40k.

So, are you going to Warhammer fest Europe instead?

Hm, probably AoS, maybe Darkoath shaman? The bird skull reminds me a bit of the two released models.

Any rumours on new basing kits matching the bases from some of the new nighthaunt and stormcast models (Reikenor, the easy to build kits and the stormcast ballisata)?
Nighthaunt will have basing elements in their kits, similar to ID, according to WarCom

Nice one, but a bit of a ridiculous concept: a flying, semi-corporal ghost riding a ghost-horse, that by all logic following the established ghost concept could fly, with wings so it could fly. Overkill, GW, OVERKILL. I like it!

Damn, thats one pretty release. The Nighthaunters spells are far better than the SCE IMO, but both have absolutely stunning artworks. Those alone might make me buy both tomes....
The teased Darkness of the SCE probably wont be touch of chaos or better the Fall of sigmars golden freaks but maybe something akin to Blood Angles in 40k. might be, that we haven't seen all unites of the sacrosant chamber and we get a unit of damaged SCE that are rendered down to raw emotions, to unstable for everyday life but at least a useful tool for the thickest of battles were only raw strength and madness are of use.

nice spot, @HorticulusTGA. GW put out some nice concepts during the last art works.

When do you guys think we are going to see the other yet unrevealed, but teased models from the Soul Wars? Sacrosanct Lord and heavy Cavalry, Nighthaunt Hero and Black Coach etc.. Do you think they will tease us with something before the Open Day or the will keep for then?
Probably at open day. Well at least the nighthaunt side, as they appear to be released first, with two of three named characters already revealed whereas the SCE side being unknown so far

Wow those Sacrosanct minis look really good as Hallowed Knights. Guess that settles my indecision over what stormhost to go for when I get my starter.
I can't imagine them trying to dump those awful old berzerkers on us again. World Eaters deserve a full line and a complete codex like the other traitor legions, and I'd expect to see them held back till next year to make that possible if necessary.
Think about it, we need 'zerkers, a Terminator version, a hand full of heroes and maybe some Marines on Juggernauts and motherf.... Angron - might fit into a two week window.
But back to AoS, @HorticulusTGA, I'm with you, that one or both should be the reglar released version of the starterbox dude.So both versions on one sprue.... kind of a strange move by GW to make an central hero unity a event only model.
Oh and source of the Horitcus provided image is Games Workshop Milton Keynes page -

Oh i really hope Moonclan will be next and also within the rest of 2018 please :)!
might be a very tight fit for 2018. We know that Nighthaunters and Sacrosant/SCE will get a full release in relativly close succession to the Core set. Furthermore, we know Space Wolves and Orkes will be the next 'dexes for 40k, as well as Genestealer Cult, all of which will get some kind of new models, with SW and Orcs being heavily rumour to get more extensive releases and new/reworked models. Also rumoured are 40k's emperors children and world eater, both said to appear in 2018 as well - personaly I would either expect WE as a short two wek relases as a counter to Orcs and Wolves with an Armageddon link or seeing them not before next year, whereas Slaanesh little toys are a given during this Fall, pre-Christmas time.
Besides faction releases, there will be AT, Rouge Trader and the 40 skirmish as boxed game releases as well as a necromunda and Blood bwol release every quater.GW really has a tight calender. It'll e interesting to see what really makes an appearance and when.
Oh, btw AoS open day is less then 14 days away, first solid hints of whats to come besides NH/SCE-Sacro might be given there

He does, everything else is propaganda by the imperial shaving industry.

Ah, so SC and Night Haunt will get battletomes first. Kind of a understandable. Do people think that with the new edition and all, battletomes are going to be updated as fast as for w40k? It is doable, and it would be cool I think to have all fully updated factions in a year or so, and they could stop making General Handbooks, because everything would be fixed.
Nope, simple as that. Gw already stated, that the existing tomes will stay valid, so no need for redoing and republishing those.

Thanks. Is that what the winged ram mount is called? A Gryphasus?
Yes, until the day gw gives an official name alongside the model reveal.....

How much more?
Some. As implied by the phrase "other than the ones already shown". At least the hero on a Gryphasus.
Be you seen the Warhammer fest stuff? If not, we know of alternate versions of some of the starter box heroes, another hero, dual build kits of all units in the starter box, new cavalry. May be more will come as well

Yes

Might be, and it would open up an interesting narrative down the line, with vlad returning (and THE black coach downgraded to just a black coach). He could be the reason for a new line of vampires, maybe even outside Nagash's rule, but still in the death GA, and with human servants and followers.

Let me throw in the Mask, named Charakter of slaanesh.

pah, wretched mortals, you know nothing - she is a shard of our great goddess Slaanesh, who fractured during his imprisonment and some shards where twisted by other gods to their linking.

where on gods green earth does the headgear of the artwork looks anything like the Kehmrian mask, shown above?! seriously, guys, all things shown point to a von Carstein inspired aesthetic and Isabella. But tbh at this point I realy hope, she won't have a name besides the title and the hinds of a decedent with a tragic love story, simply to see both sides, including me, being wrong.

The silhouette looks nothing like Isabella and a lot like Khalida. Isabella has always been transylvanian vampire themed and not egyptian in any way. I would love for Isabella to come back into the story in some way, but it does not really seem to fit with that picture.
13 hours ago, FractalRain said:And a snake relates to the goddess Asp - which ties in with Khalida.
In the image above there is neither a snake or snake symbol visible nor does anything hint at an Egyptian/Khemrian imagery. The headpiece you might referring to as resembling Khemrian ones is not a solid plate as typical for those, but an open-worked one as seen in the teaser videos.
Furthermore Wer know that the Mortarch has roses as part of her attire which is a repeated element of the female vampire models of the von Carstein bloodline/the model formally know as
PrinceIsabella. So my money is on this Mortarch either being Isabella or a new character.

First thought was Tyrannids as well. At the same time I was under the impression, that Genestealer Cult was only getting a small release to cover the Minis only available in Boxed games, read Aberrants.

Thanks @HorticulusTGA, pictures are nice. For thos wondering whats in it:
One shows Angron facing Perturabo. Angron in demon form standing with the back to us, contemplating on the best way to open the can of tuna that ist the Lord of the Iron Warriors.
the Other shows demon Fulgirm duelling with the arch heretic and lapdog of chaos, Logar himself.
Both are done by Mikhail Savier himself. Beautiful renditions but nothing new - when I'm back home and not only with a mobile web browser I can post the images, if the want exists
