  1. The hanged Dementor probably will be a special version of the "fleshy" cairn wraith, think of it more in the lines of the Shadespire Skeletons then a hint for a new additional unit. And concerning the Stater Set you repeatedly mention: don't think of the two shown cards as indicators for a new AoS Starter Box, but only as hints for Shadespire. It is quite possible that someone saw the new Shadespire Season Opener Box and thought of it as a new AoS Starter. The correlation between Shadespire S1 and the Starter Box does not mean that each SSP Season Box (if there will be one each time) will match a new AoS Starter. the S1 Box had SE and Khorne in ti, simply because both are the poster boys respectively the starring villains during the time S1 came out. It was a marketing decision, nothing more.
  2. But zombies and skelets walking because of magic is ok?
  3. We have this one and this one, the only one prsent in the videos Both versions are pritty much the same, execpt slight variations in poses of the gunners and headoptions. There is nothing as signigicant as with the mentioned models, that might suggest more then one build. A distinction might be the langth of the bolts, but that would be pretty weak by GW. Don't get me wrong, I would appreciate more versions, but so far I can't see evidence for those. Ok, your right, the shinguards don't match either. So probably two 'thrall' versions.
  4. Thanks for the compilation. From what we have seen we should get: - 6 Heroes, of which one is on a seaunicorn* and Mathlaan as a center piece. - 1 Infatry box, dual build (bow/arrow, two-handed weapons) 10 guys - 1 dual-build eels (handewapons/3 fin heads; spears, monofin head) seems to be 4 guys a unit - 1 Sharkbox, apears to be a monobuild unit, nevertheless offering a bit of variation in the exact poses of the riders. - 1 floating turtle, apears to be a monobuild with two different headoptions for the ride and riders, maybe thos are a dual kit, but I can't see any differences between the two turtles exept headoptions. - the wrack From the FB summary video, it sounded as if we havent seen everything, but the line seams pretty rounded so far.
  5. The Octopus dude is dope, both due tu his astetics as well as his little friend. With the whole range its intersting to see what GW can do if they don't stick with classic and "conventional" ideas. The whole line is a nice combination of, Dark and High Elves as well as new ideas. The sharks and eels are a weak link, I have to agree with you and @Jamie the Jasper, but I somehow have the feeling this is in parts due to the paint job, to much smooth surfaces with a flat paint job, some structures or patterns on the skin might work wonders. And an even lighting as wel - the lights in the promo videos are really doing more damage than good to the models. Mathlann is a tricky fellow - he sets himself apart through the silver armor, where other models have a blackish-blueish one. He really suffers from the silver-blue monocrome paint. After seeing the ID, I wonder what death and other factions to come will hold in store. GW raised the bar with this.
  6. Damn, your right. Completly forgot about thos, as most of these are already in my collection and the ID pulled focus.
  7. So, we know the icon for Shadespire Season 2. And not with "only" 130 ne cards but probaly 557 new ones, at least if they follow the path of other TCGs, where each itteration gets thier own new range of cards, that is marked by a little symbol. See MTG for example. Sisters are a classic army for 40k, which was long overdue and denied updates, kind of the Bretonians of the far grimdark futur. Its nice to see them coming back, but what is more important this shows that GW listns to thier customers big time. And the open presentation of the design process might allow intersting insights in thier workings as well as the chance to give input on the development! The return is ok-ish, the implications are outlandish! Edit: Intersting artwork, ehy the inclusion of classic dark elves?
  8. Damn, is that Teclis? Nice release, maybe even the best one GW did for AoS thus far - these are exactly the crazy and bold designs that I expect as compensation for blowing um 30+ years of worldbuilding ^^. Adepticon had a realy strong reveal both with AoS and 40 - Knight households, Death where both good and welcome Teaser reveals, but man SoB news realy was crazy - and the Shadespire cards rise hope for intersting models that hopefully not only are factions/subfactions bound to the game but spill over to AoS. But: Damn thos ID are wonderful!
  9. I have to agree with you, I wouldn't be surprised if "bigger" is just a term for advertising and hyping it up a bit and insted of a new edition we only see a reveal for each system, several teasers and something from SG. And after the MP Count down debacle I tend to be cautious to get my hopes for a big reveal up. On the other hand with AoS Open Day postponed, we might see some surprises. and again, this. Slaanesh would be super nice to see, but would also be an absolut surprise and something that I don't see. But if I am wrong I am more than happy to admit it.
  10. More likely - or better hopefully - a loyal Primarch. As much as my dark, chaotic heart wishes for angron and the Pleasure boy, things have to be a bit balanced out, so first a loyal Primarch would be nice, the Emperors Dog or his Jungle Bro would be nice.
  11. AoS - Deepkin reveal with most but not all models, similar to Dok at LVO, some teasers for the summer - maybe the looming outcome of Nagash shenanigans, the rumoured new death fraction and SE, but nothing concreat 40K - reveal of outstanding codexes, tease and first miniatures of a new faction, probably some Eldar subfaction, hopefully Sisters (but those more as a joke) or the next loyal Primarch and his sons (please let it be Russ and his pupps) SG - Titanicus, maybe first teasers for Shadespire S2 All in all there are more unknown factors at play than known, the planed program probably will have changed and grown, probably being a bit more AOS-y than originally intended due to the Open day cancellation.
  12. Na, Mordheim will be an SG, FW already said so on one of their events. And for a main studio release Shadespire fills the slot nicely even though not as a carbon copy with a re-imagined setting. Mordheim will be released in the same format as Necromunda or BB - old setting, updated rules and redesigned miniatures - when and if it comes!
  13. Slaanesh will come this year, but we will not see it yet. Please no - horrible concept let Death have their own thing, not a rip off of SE and in extation of the whole Chaos SM concept NExt Specialised Game will be Adeptus Titanicus - Mordhime is far out, and might be replaced by Shadespire. None did mention Iron Warriors, so why bring them up :-P.
  14. Regarding what could be parts of the Idoneth, there was a discussion a few pages back. With a more up to date compilation of rumor engine pictures
  15. thanks dude, went as expected. makes me wonder, what we might have seen at AoS Open day or if there was only known stuff shown if it would have happend
  16. with what other companies present at Gama, it would make much sense for GW to take a chunk out of the cake as well - don't show 40k or AoS but boxed games as well as Specialised games. These appeal more to the target demographic interested in Gama. But the radio silence right now is a bit scary...
  17. GTM+0 is British time, its complicated and due to the Brexit :-P
  18. As @DantePQ and @RuneBrush said, highly unlikely and at least from a rule perspective not an unproblematic thing - although doable, but nothing I see GW pulling off. From a Fluffpoint it might be interesting though - but again, GW employes strict limitations on the GA - If you like living in more than huts and liek at least a little structure in your lifa and unlive isn't for you, you are Order, no matter how many guys and gals you slay in your freetime just for the pleasure of taking lives or if you ride gaint land-sharktopusses as a sparetime activity
  19. Well, both evil elvish factions are not so much about destroying stuff, they are still about civilisation - admittedly a very twisted murderous civilisation, but wasn't there as saying back in Naggaroth, that the Durchii are the most civilised race since they know at least a 1000 ways to kill someone ;-)
  20. There is this uncertainty whether they tease something or use REDACTED as a running gag concerning anything remotely concerning the Inquisition.
  21. Which could be counted as a boardgame, as it is more a boxed entry game than a full table top release. My expectations would be: At GAMA we see a new gang for Necromunda, a team for BB, tow warbands for AoS, Boxed games of some kinde, maybe a teaser and first "reveal" for Ad Tit, and a teaser for AoS and maybe 40k. At AdCon there will be the full reveal for AoS/idroneth with maybe a bit teasing for what is to come next, and a hard focus on 40k, with the next codex' listed as well as a new faction of some kind, and maybe other stuff. IF I am wrong and we see stuff earlier or in another order, hell I still will be happy
  22. This and while has got a Point, I would argue that with a Adepticon following right on the heels of GAMA, we will see a teaser at Gamma and the full reveal at Adepticon a week later. This gives GW time to build up some hype and at the same time promote the more "board game oriented stuff" shown at GAMA.And they teased at LVO that we will see three (3!) new things at Adepticon... But either way, at the end of March 25 latest we will probably a huge deal more about what is coming in Q2 2018
  23. Well played gw. This is, what I was expecting for the last weekend as a compensation for the open day
  24. At least the next week post should be done before hand an get an timed publication date.
