  1. Quick question for you guys because I can't figure it myself. What is considered a nadirite blade or shield? I mean I get it when it's written in the name of the weapon (on warscrolls) but let's say for..Inda-khat or whatever other named weapons in the battletome,  it became less obvious if those are, in fact, nadirite loadouts. Must we consider all weapons and shields of the OBR as nadirites' or just those with the keyword written in the name ? Because i don't want to abuse buffs if it's not allowed...

P.S. sorry if it doesn't make sense. I'm not really fluent in english.

  2. Just a quick question on the Gothizzar Harvester's rule :

OssiarchArmies-Oct28-BoneHArvest23esfe.jpgIt says clearly  "each time a model is slain", not ennemy.  Is it on purpose ? Or will it be faq'ed ? Because it might be good with big packs of Mortek guards (at least on paper) and make a good healing-slow moving army combined with Mortisan and Arkhan.

  3. The questor is nice but i still wonder when GW will acknowledge stormcasts characters from black library. I mean...Gardus and Balthas are awesome and we still get named-characters-with-no-backstory(or boring one) as release for SCE...I just find it weird..

regardless I think 2019 is going to be 40k heavy, judging by the fact that there going to be a Campaign set in Vigilus, that the models from the Chaos side of Blackstone fortress may signify a CSM release, plus the fact both Genestealer Cult and Sister of battle are releasing next year. and doesn't count out the possibility of Primaris or Ynnari release.

Still AoS probably will have at least 3-4 big releases like previous years probably Moonclan, Darkoath, Slaanesh, and maybe a totally brand new army (since every year so far their has been a new release army like KO and Deepkin) and AoS may get a few smaller release like new Seraphon/ Fyreslayer rework  battletome and Shadespire season 3. Of course it probably not as much as people are hoping for

I'll understand if next year GW focus more on 40K, because it's the "main game" when we look at income generated, but I'll be disapointed however. AoS is still young. There are 2 allegiance who need to be fleshed out (Destruction and Death) and many armies that need a release: Gob, Slaanesh, Ogors, Skaven (and maybe some Aelves again ?). And I'm not even speaking of kits that need to be replaced (aka Blood knight just to name one of them).

A thing that I don't like so much is that they choose Thunderscorn (Dragonogres) to be a part of this book. I know, AoS is new and old stories do not count anymore (as we saw with the Fimir), but I really liked the Tzeentch-oath background, where they fought for the favorised Mortal Armies and not the beastmen rubble. Sure they do look kinda beasty... looking forward to hear what their fluff will be in the book.

I'm with you on it. Not that I don't like the fact that they include Thunderscorn in Beastmen (they were, like Monsters of Chaos, inexistant on their own) but I wished that, instead, they be included in something like Slaves or Everchosen. In a way to give something more to these factions. Somehing besides "humans with armor and chaos' power" which they are right now...I don't know, I wished they had more "fantasy" in their choices (don't know how to explain it in better words).

Will have to see models before i decide but the concept of dudes riding fish on a desert/grass battlefield doesnt sit well with me.

Yeah I don't know. I want to see what they actually look like and what the background is about before being hyped. I was not disapointed by DoK so let's hope.

I don't know but Morathi has a role in Malign Portents and it's quite easy to connect her with Slaasnesh and Tyrion. I don't know if it happen but it's quite easy to connect Trion Aelves with Malign Portents.

As it's quite easy to connect every "factions" with Malign Portents :). I mean if they released Tzeentch instead of Nurgle in January, GW would have gave something like "Tzeentch is afraid of Nagash plan because it means unchanging, static life and that the god of change couldn't bear etc...".

What I meant was that Malign Portent in itself will not give any clue about faction release as narrative is not the prime concern for the releases' schedule. So in the end, Death can end up with no new models even if they are the main antagonist in MP. But that's just...like...my opinion man....

What could they show us at Adepticon? There's more elves coming according to that tau forum post, but it would be really weird if we didn't get new Death before that.

I honestly doubt that factions' release coincide with Malign Portents sadly. Meaning that, if they want a second Aelf faction before summer, they will release it without much care of what's going on on the narrative side and/or with any justification ("Tyrion is fighting Nagash because his plan will release Slaanesh in the end blablabla...").

My guesses for Adepticon will be the new stormcast-warmachines-chamber, new aelves, moonclan or maybe Malignant/Nighthaunt. I hope it's one of the last two before any Stormcast because if they release a new chamber before anything Death or Destruction there will be some angry comments made at the end and a very unwelcomed bad press.

says alot for the quality of the releases really.... hes got what?? 4 wounds literally dies to a nurgling f-art

Yes they are all squishy, and not that destructive in combat or magic respectively. They are all buffers mostly.

Goblin command ability good on a Maw-Crusha for repeat Destructive Bulk mortal wounds. B|

The Mushroom guy appears to be the better of the bunch.

I still can't figure where to put the Knight of Shroud. He can be killy but not as much as much a Khorne or Megaboss so I'll figure when we get his cost.

The black sheep being the Stormcast (for once :D) with no access to warmachines right now, so he'll only power up when they come.

Between April and May : Drukhari, Arlecchini and two new elven armies for Age of Sigmar.

I don't want to jump on the dual options thing but, in the new 40k lore, Dark Eldar have a part of Commoragh tied to the realm of Mandrake (some sort of Shadow realm) and in the same time Malerion and his mum got the same thing with shadowy "demons"/"spirit"/whatever so it could be it...why not.

Anyway if the Aelves are coming  in April/May I will be sooooo happy.
