Ghouls are overpriced for what they bring. Yes, they come back to life, but so do the dogs and they are faster. I don't understand why they cost more than skeletons...
I think that we should be able to summon once per turn, without the once per game limit. This or let us add to a unit. LoN can resummon slained units, would be great if we could do it as well.
What I'd really love is a more specific focus for FeC: before LoN we were the one that came back, now we do it more inefficiently than LoN does. Our troops are not really strong. We rely heavily on heroes and don't really have the same tools to protect them that LoN has. They could just let us summon freely, going over initial unit size, coming from table edges. We should be a horde army, with many ghouls and horrors; last edition i found myself outnumbered by bloodletters... I'm really disappointed that I can't play this way and win games. Ghouls cost so much more than what they provide, horrors are ok, flayers too, but you can't play them both, because of battleline and points. We always need to have at least six of them in a unit, in order to not having it destroyed.
I just hope we get a new battletome, at some point... And a separate Gk on foot as well.- 1

They should let us add the summoned models to other units. That way I would play summon-heavy.

and even there I would guess only if the unit reaches the limit befor it adds the models, not having something like 15 models, but 23 as unit size
I was talking about Lords of the Manor, the ability that is given by the royal family...
If, starting with 6horrors, I can go up to 8, having two courtiers, then we have something that can be really good.

If the courtiers additional ability to “add “ means that we can bring units over additional size, like for ghoul patrol, you are looking at a list with potentially 1000 points worth of summoning and that can have bigger units.
You can try to buy some endless spells and we still need to see if tournaments will use realms magic... I think it’s worth to try it!

Still a lot to love for FEC on changes especially as most armies got toned down FEC got improved again.

3 rd relic to taste can see arguments for lots but crypt ghost with pennant could be nice with all the table edge stuff in the list.
This is interesting, but I fear you are very vulnerable in your first turn, because you start adding horrors from the second turn.
I think it works, but an FAQ would have been nice...

I think that RAI you can't go over starting size...
But play it RAW until they FAQ it -
I still get the CP because the general is always within 10” of the courtier (they are the same model).
30 ghouls are far better than 3x10 and rerolling 1s to hit in the dragon is very useful.

use the ghouls for objective capturing, blocking, distracting, that's all they're good for
I don’t know, 3 flayers unit die very quickly and se don’t know if this “add” will be soon patched (I think it will)

With two GK and a GK on ZD you have 1000 points if you play royal family
400 for ghouls, 280 for GK, 320 for varghoulfs

I think attendants is good, one King and two big horrors units, start the game with 3 command points, 1 for summoning double Varghoulf, 1 to run 6” (horrors moving 13” on the objectives), one to use for morale.
double King is good, but you have to play without a battallion and I’d rather not...

RAI you don't go over the original size.

Unit. That’s bad because we are not so killy and usually if we kill a unit, there won’t be another near.
Comparing to other allegiances, it’s really, really bad. I’d prefer it going off after attacks, if something died.
That way it would not be broken (1 every 6 times) and could solve the lack of hittting power.
