They look good mate! Especially for your first go, if you mean the first minis you've ever painted. If you're new(er) to painting in general, and want some awesome effects with relative ease, I cannot recommend drybrushing enough.
Additionally, they look like they could do with a good bit of basing. I reckon Martian Ironcrust with a Kindleflame drybrush would look great. Really easy to do as well.
