They don't have to look like Warhammer elves,  it is to Inspire the mind.   If it Inspires you to paint models a certain kind of way or it inflames the imagination about the AoS setting(a setting that almost anything can exist in)   it up to the individual.    And there is nothing wrong with  "sexy-elf-chick art"  when witch elves walk around half naked.

Sylvaneth DON'T need Kurnothi, what they need is more Sylvaneth.      Sylvaneth are easy to expand, they are based on plants. I can think of several new units from new treelords to new revenants.  Such as, a treelord with a bow that shoots giant arrows(does artillery level damage) ,  a treelord priest unit of  Alarielle , a treelord based on a fruit tree.

Revenant are also easy, from vine-revenants and thorn-revenants to even poison-revenants and nymph-revenants.     We could even have something as simple as tree-revenants with bows and tree-revenants on beetle cavalry.

Sylvaneth need more units.

Age of Sigmar is primarily Epic Fantasy and Mythic Fantasy, But a good deal of it is high fantasy and some of it is low fantasy.

This is art to Inspire the mind and give you an idea of the things that can exist the setting of Age of Sigmar.  Disclaimer: None of this art is mine.

This Warhammer youtuber deserves more views. I have not seen anyone analyze models in depth like he has, He really makes you look at things in a deeper way.

Outside of that we need a HUGE update to Seraphon, Skaven and then the mortal faction (whether that's CoS or something different is anyone's guess). 

Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY we need a Tzeentch-marked Chosen/Warrior equivalent (with cool armor). Nurgle, Slaanesh and Khorne all got theirs. (Yes, I know this isn't important but then my collection would be complete) 😙. And a plastic Curseling. Way too cool model to have it in Failcast!

I agree, Fireslayers, Ironjawz, Flesheater Court, Sylvaneth and Kharadron Overlords all should get a Sacrosanct Chamber level release.
